I don't know my password
Pre-requisites:
(i) Your account must be associated with a valid email address.
(ii) Your account must NOT be suspended.If your account has been suspended. Please request for password reset from your company administrator.
Instructions:
(1) To reset your password, you must provide both the ID and email address that being associated with your account.
(2) If both information paired up,
(a) You should receive an email with the security code;
(b) You shall then be re-directed to the verification page;
(c) Enter the security code and if validated, you will be prompt to the create your new password.
